SENIOR PENSION ADMINISTRATOR Salary up to £55,000 pa + excellent benefits & discretionary bonus 2 days in office , 3 days WFH Offices located Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester My client a rapidly expanding, sector leading, professional services firm specialising in pension scheme governance and trustee services is seeking a Senior Pension Administrator to support client teams and ensure the smooth delivery of governance and trusteeship services. The role involves working across a portfolio of pension schemes, providing administrative, meeting, and documentation support while liaising with internal teams, trustees, and external advisers. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across a portfolio of pension schemes
  • Coordinate and prepare for trustee and client meetings, including agendas and papers
  • Take accurate minutes and track actions from meetings
  • Maintain governance documentation, registers, and scheme records
  • Upload and manage documents on online board portals and storage systems
  • Support preparation of scheme business plans, budgets, and invoice processing
  • Assist with completion of scheme accounts and governance reporting
  • Liaise with internal teams, trustees, and advisers to ensure timely support
Experience & Skills Required
  • A-level education (or equivalent) and strong Microsoft Office skills
  • 1–3 years’ experience working with defined benefit pension schemes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Role Overview: Transfer Pricing Manager, full-time, based in London (Smarts Place Media City). Opportunity to join a growing team at an early stage and help build and scale the UK transfer pricing practice.

  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Partner with the Transfer Pricing Lead to execute UK growth strategy and identify opportunities within existing and new clients
    • Support business development and collaborate across teams
    • Design and implement transfer pricing policies for international clients
    • Lead functional interviews and deliver compliant documentation (Local Files, Master Files) aligned with UK and OECD standards
    • Support cross-border financing, including thin capitalisation and interest benchmarking
    • Conduct economic analysis using TP databases
    • Manage client relationships and produce clear, high-quality technical reports
  • Requirements: ACA-qualified (or equivalent); strong knowledge of UK TP legislation and OECD guidance; experience with financing structures is beneficial; skilled in TP database analysis
  • Profile: Clear communicator, detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts

This role sits at the heart of project delivery, combining financial expertise with commercial insight to drive performance across complex developments. You’ll partner with senior project leaders, influence key decisions, and ensure strong financial control from planning through to completion.   Responsibilities
  • Provide financial leadership and challenge on all project decisions
  • Deliver accurate profit and cashflow forecasts, challenging assumptions
  • Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Oversee system accuracy by guiding and reviewing Management Accountants
  • Manage project tax matters
  • Monitor costs, risks, and project performance, advising on mitigation strategies
  • Analyse sales performance and support pricing and product mix decisions
  • Present financial insights to senior stakeholders and boards
  • Collaborate with project teams to track programme and financial impacts
  • Support subcontractor financial risk assessments and tender reviews
  Requirements
  • ACA qualified accountant with up to 4 year post-qualified experience in industry
  • Russell Group university degree
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and non-finance teams
  • Experience in forecasting, reporting, and financial risk management

Perm up to £60k plus bonus | London | Hybrid   My client, a leading Real Estate Fund Administrator based in London, is seeking an experienced Fund or Financial Accountant with a strong Real Estate background to join their team. This is an urgent requirement, and the successful candidate must be available to start at short notice.   Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of clients and maintain strong investor and stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee the preparation of management accounts at both asset and fund level.
  • Prepare consolidations for complex fund structures.
  • Produce quarterly NAVs and support ongoing performance reporting.
  • Manage investor tax, CIS, and VAT submissions.
  • Lead cash flow forecasting and support treasury activities.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements in line with IFRS or UK GAAP.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working within Real Estate Funds.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge across UK GAAP, IFRS, and ideally US GAAP.
  • Experience using SUN systems is highly desirable.
  • Must be available to start within one month due to the urgent nature of the role.
