SENIOR TRANSFER PRICING MANAGER  Central London or Central Manchester office with 3 days WFH Salary to £90,000 pa + bonus + benefits   This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Transfer Pricing professional to join a growing UK practice at an early stage of development. Working directly with the Transfer Pricing Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and expanding the function while supporting a diverse portfolio of international clients. The role offers strong progression potential, significant client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to both advisory work and business growth in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.   Key Responsibilities
  • Support the growth strategy for the UK transfer pricing practice
  • Assist with business development initiatives and client proposals
  • Design and implement transfer pricing policies for international clients
  • Lead functional analysis interviews and oversee TP documentation, including Local Files and Master Files
  • Support cross-border financing projects, including thin capitalisation and interest benchmarking analyses
  • Conduct economic and benchmarking analyses using transfer pricing databases
  • Build strong client relationships and prepare high-quality technical reports
  Requirements
  • ACA qualification or equivalent professional certification
  • Strong understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD guidelines
  • Experience with intercompany financing is advantageous
  • Proficiency in transfer pricing database analysis
  • Understanding of thin capitalisation methodology

FINANCE MANAGER - 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT Mayfair based Property Developer Hybrid Salary up to £80,000 pa My client, an established and purpose-driven property developer, based in Green Park, is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance operations and support strategic growth. This is a broad corporate role with exposure to financial control, reporting, tax, and commercial finance, at an exciting stage of business evolution. Responsibilities
  • Own month-end close, management accounts, and MI reporting via outsourced provider
  • Oversee general ledger integrity and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage AP, payment runs, expenses, and supplier reconciliations
  • Lead audit process and statutory reporting across group entities
  • Maintain tax compliance (VAT, CIS, corporation tax, withholding tax)
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering
  • Contribute to project appraisals and long-term financial modelling
  • Enhance financial controls, systems, and processes
Experience required
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Must have Real Estate industry experience
  • Strong financial reporting and controls experience
  • Experience working with outsourced finance providers
  • Solid tax compliance knowledge
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware

The role involves working across a portfolio of pension schemes, providing administrative, meeting, and documentation support while liaising with internal teams, trustees, and external advisers. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across a portfolio of pension schemes
  • Coordinate and prepare for trustee and client meetings, including agendas and papers
  • Take accurate minutes and track actions from meetings
  • Maintain governance documentation, registers, and scheme records
  • Upload and manage documents on online board portals and storage systems
  • Support preparation of scheme business plans, budgets, and invoice processing
  • Assist with completion of scheme accounts and governance reporting
  • Liaise with internal teams, trustees, and advisers to ensure timely support
Experience & Skills Required
  • A-level education (or equivalent) and strong Microsoft Office skills
  • 1–3 years’ experience working with defined benefit pension schemes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

This role sits at the heart of project delivery, combining financial expertise with commercial insight to drive performance across complex developments. You’ll partner with senior project leaders, influence key decisions, and ensure strong financial control from planning through to completion.   Responsibilities
  • Provide financial leadership and challenge on all project decisions
  • Deliver accurate profit and cashflow forecasts, challenging assumptions
  • Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Oversee system accuracy by guiding and reviewing Management Accountants
  • Manage project tax matters
  • Monitor costs, risks, and project performance, advising on mitigation strategies

  Requirements
  • ACA qualified accountant with up to 4 year post-qualified experience in industry
  • Russell Group university degree
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and non-finance teams
  • Experience in forecasting, reporting, and financial risk management

Perm up to £60k plus bonus | London | Hybrid   My client, a leading Real Estate Fund Administrator based in London, is seeking an experienced Fund or Financial Accountant with a strong Real Estate background to join their team. This is an urgent requirement, and the successful candidate must be available to start at short notice.   Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of clients and maintain strong investor and stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee the preparation of management accounts at both asset and fund level.
  • Prepare consolidations for complex fund structures.
  • Produce quarterly NAVs and support ongoing performance reporting.
  • Manage investor tax, CIS, and VAT submissions.
  • Lead cash flow forecasting and support treasury activities.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements in line with IFRS or UK GAAP.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working within Real Estate Funds.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge across UK GAAP, IFRS, and ideally US GAAP.
  • Experience using SUN systems is highly desirable.
  • Must be available to start within one month due to the urgent nature of the role.
