Perm up to £60k plus bonus | London | Hybrid

My client, a leading Real Estate Fund Administrator based in London, is seeking an experienced Fund or Financial Accountant with a strong Real Estate background to join their team. This is an urgent requirement, and the successful candidate must be available to start at short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a portfolio of clients and maintain strong investor and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee the preparation of management accounts at both asset and fund level.
• Prepare consolidations for complex fund structures.
• Produce quarterly NAVs and support ongoing performance reporting.
• Manage investor tax, CIS, and VAT submissions.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and support treasury activities.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in line with IFRS or UK GAAP.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience working within Real Estate Funds.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge across UK GAAP, IFRS, and ideally US GAAP.
• Experience using SUN systems is highly desirable.
• Must be available to start within one month due to the urgent nature of the role.
