Julian Lavin – Managing Director

With nearly 3 decades in the recruitment industry, my experience stretches from the multinational, corporate environment of Robert Half International to running my own bespoke boutique limited company. Throughout this span, I have been providing specialist recruitment solutions to the Financial Services, Real Estate and Construction industries.  Prior to my recruitment career, I graduated in Law, from Durham University and spent my earlier career as a Royal Navy officer and Anti-Submarine Warfare, Sea King helicopter pilot.
